CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The City of Cleveland confirmed Patrol Officer Noel Hernandez resigned on Thursday after being suspected of âproviding law enforcement investigative information to individuals suspected of drug activity and of participating in conduct and behavior not acceptable of a police officer.â
His resignation comes one day before facing his disciplinary hearing before Safety Director Karrie Howard for the multiple allegations of ethics violations and Cleveland Division of Police Manual of Rules violations.
