Polish food is served in Bronson during annual Polish Festival

The Daily Reporter Bronson Polish Festival is one of the longest running community celebrations in the area. Is it because of the polka music blaring downtown all weekend or the parade on Saturday? Or is it the Polish food   kielbasa, golabki, pierogis, czarnina soup, kurczak kluska. Translation: Polish sausage, cabbage rolls, dumplings, duck blood soup, chicken and noodles. Folks from surrounding communities often say they stop in only for the Polish food, maybe because it is sold exclusively during the festival.  Polish food destinations include Bronson Knights of Columbus, Matteson Street Grill, Smitty’s Pizza and Bronson Strike Zone. New this year is Tasteful Kreations, now open downtown, where Trisha Mayer only sells meals to take home and reheat.
