Fresh on the heels of their final bottling of 2020, Kentucky’s Barrell Craft Spirits, best known for its Barrell Bourbon releases, has also been looking ahead with the release of their New Year 2021 Bourbon.
These New Year whiskeys have become one of their most anticipated releases from Barrell, with the distillers beginning the process in autumn to have a special batch made, according to the official release statement, “as a celebration of success and to use as a toast to the year to come.”

For their 2021 limited edition release, Barrell has blended a selection of five, nine, 10, and 11-year-old straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, New York, Texas, Wyoming, and Colorado, aged in American white oak barrels.
