Rochelle Eiselt Rochelle Eiselt is a reporter for the Jacksonville Journal-Courier. She came to the newspaper in June 2019 from Pekin, but grew up in Mankato, Minnesota. She attended Illinois Central College for two years before transferring to Bradley University, from which she graduated in 2018.
