This is possibly the first long weekend where the majority of people are mainly looking forward to the Monday: where we can dine and drink in our favourite spots that have outdoor spaces. It feels like it’s been
forever since we last sat in a beer garden, with a chilled pint or glass of Pinot, along with a stunning pizza or a crisp bag to share.

It’s after images of overflowing bins and rubbish strewn around parks and packed beaches, did the rounds on social media.
Doug Leddin is the Porterhouse Brew Co. Marketing Manager. He says it wouldn’t be a problem if beer gardens were open: We ve seen the scenes around the parks and canals over the weekend, he said.
