NRL 2021, Roosters, Trent Robinson, new grounds mean new challenges for Sydney teams

The COVID-enforced Queensland roadtrip will present a few tricky propositions for uninitiated players from New South Wales – as Friday evening’s game at Sunshine Coast Stadium exhibited. Both the Roosters and Knights struggled with the notoriously blustering wind that hits the exposed stadium from Bokarina Beach on one side and Kawana Lake on the other. The teams also battled to get a read on the fast-running field as numerous grubber attempts cannoned over the dead-ball line. Prominent developer snaps up next beachside opportunity

Premium Content Subscriber only Prominent Coast developer Walter Iezzi has snapped up another prime site in Stockland s Bokarina Beach masterplanned community. His second site in the development was positioned around the corner from Mr Iezzi s Oceanus project. With around 95 per cent of Oceanus sold, the level of inquiry had prompted Mr Iezzi to push on with the second site. I have not seen demand for property like this in a long time, Mr Iezzi said. The new project will be Mr Iezzi s biggest to-date, with residential apartments over eight levels as well as retail shops, commercial and dining spaces on the ground floor.
