Greentube wins major tender to supply Luxembourg National Lottery with omni-channel solution
11th May 2021 - Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Interactive division, has won a highly competitive tender to supply the state-owned National Lottery in Luxembourg with its omni-channel solution, Greentube Plurius.
The contract will see Greentube provide its Greentube Plurius technology to Loterie Nationale Luxembourg, enabling the lottery to combine its land-based, online and mobile VLT gaming operations and significantly strengthen its existing offering.
With Greentube Plurius, B2B suppliers, casino and VLT operators can connect their land-based terminals to the core system and retrieve games that are then played on an online game server. COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The growing connection between problem gambling and mental health challenges prompted three leading Ohio advocacy groups to forge a new partnership.
Ohio for Responsible Gambling, the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Ohio (NAMI Ohio) and the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio (PGNO) announced a joint awareness effort as part of Mental Health Awareness Month. Ohio for Responsible Gambling is comprised of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), Ohio Casino Control Commission and the Ohio Lottery Commission.
Stacey Frohnapfel-Hasson, OhioMHAS chief of Prevention and Problem Gambling, said there are connections between problem gambling and behavioral health disorders in Ohio.
