Grand Action 2.0 is unveiling their plans for a Market Avenue property.
The plan was shown to the Economic Club of Grand Rapids on Wednesday and included a zipline to an island in the Grand River.
The plan would turn 31 acres of riverfront between Fulton and Wealthy streets into retail, living and green space.
The space would include a Green Ribbon riverfront park with trails, a mixed-use development with housing and retail space and a previously announced amphitheater.
