Despite objections made by the prosecutor, the magistrate offered bail of one thousand dollars, which up to news time was not met as yet. Commissioner Chester Williams explains those charges brought against the Canadian national and says that he would ask the office of the D.P.P. to apply for Hartin’s bail to be revoked.
