Chain Social founder Shelby Van Zwol, 28, launched the Melbourne business in August 2016 at age 23 and treats her staff to a team building day every month.
Shelby told FEMAIL the eventful day is an opportunity for her 28 employees to recharge from the busy work environment. We have done all sorts of things, I like to be a little over the top!
