COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL
LISBON An April 29 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Steven W. Watters II, 43, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate on Aug. 8.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Keith O. Savage, 34, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, no temporary permit and left of center.
Trey Shields, 21, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to stop after an accident, failure to control and possession of marijuana.

LISBON In Common Pleas Court, Kevin Lee Reynolds, 46, Virginia Avenue, East Liverpool, was placed on community control for three years for attempted having weapons while under disability, a fourth-degree felony. Additional charges of illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and illegal use of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Reynolds reportedly had a rifle in the bedroom on June 7, 2019 when he had previous convictions for aggravated assault from 2010 and felonious assault in 2003. The attempted having weapons while under a disability was a lesser included offense to the having weapons while under disability charge he was originally facing.
Gary M. Rowles II, 38, West Ohio Avenue, Sebring, was placed on three years of community control for three counts of possession of drugs for having methamphetamines, clonazepam and lorazepam on Oct. 1, 2017.
