The event is being held on Sunday 18 April, from 9am to 11.30am on the lawn at the front of the Pacific Palms Recreation Club.
There will be fun for all ages with weeding workshops, free native plants and weeding kits to take home, a complimentary barbecue breakfast and baked treats, an interactive catchment model, Worimi cultural walks and wetland tours, activities with National Parks discovery rangers and games for the children.
“We’re excited to be able to finish what has been a great four years, and celebrate with the community,” said MidCoast Council’s Environmental Officer – Education and Engagement, Erin Masters.
