One 15-year-old has also been taken into custody for involvement. Michael Rogers Kauffman, of Yeagertown, is being charged with felonies arson of a historic resource, possession of an explosive material, two counts of criminal mischief and misdemeanor and recklessly endangering another person. According to a report from Mifflin County Regional Police Department, the juvenile was turned over to Mifflin County Probation officers and transported to the youth detention center in Centre County. The juvenile also faces numerous felony counts of arson and related charges.
