ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. It may be April, but it’s still Christmas in Santa Fe.
At least for an upcoming Lifetime movie that has been filming in the City Different for the past month.

Jody Hahn is at the helm of the production as director. It marks the longtime TV director’s turn into feature film.
“It’s my first time in Santa Fe,” Hahn says. “Oh my god, I love it. Honesty, I’ve been here a month and what I’ve seen is gorgeous. The food has been delicious and I can’t wait to come back when I’m not working.”
WCCA thrift store volunteers highlight importance of giving back
Staff reports
A recent donation of bicycles to a local nonprofit’s thrift store is bringing attention to the importance of volunteering.
“I thought they were hopeless,” said Belinda Sawyer, manager at Bargain Hendo, WCCA’s Hendersonville thrift store. “A donor dropped off two bicycles. They were covered in dust, the tires were absolutely flat, the chrome freckled with rust. The staff were all shaking their heads, but we had a volunteer that day whose eyes lit up and he said, ‘Oh, those will clean up nice.’”
Over his next three volunteer shifts, the young man painstakingly dismantled, cleaned, polished and reassembled both bicycles, according to a news release from WCCA.
