An African hospital is set to benefit from a substantial medical supplies donation, which has been provided by a Lutterworth firm.
Pal International have shipped a 20-foot container, containing boxes of aprons, Medipal wipes, and skin cleansing wash cloths, to the Holy Spirit Hospital, Sierra Leone.
The Sub-Saharan country will receive the container via Leicester-based charity, Inter Care, which provides targeted medical aid to rural health units in some of the poorest parts of Africa.
Inter Care General Manager, Diane Hardy, said: Coronavirus may not care about who it affects, but together, we ve continued to care about our partners in Africa.
