Nashville-based alt-rock outfit Red River Hymn introduces the lyric video, “L’Anguille,” an appetizer for their forthcoming EP,
Oakview, slated to drop September 24.
The band explains “L’Anguille” and the video, “This song came to life after writing the hook ‘It just can’t always be c’est la vie.’ This idea weaves its way through the song’s narrative about watching someone you care for making, what you think are, bad life decisions. Trying to empathize, these worries become more of a mirror to your own insecurities and shortcomings. When we decided to do a lyric video for it, we wanted it to have this pensive/reflecting feel to it, reflecting on the song’s message and feel, and put a twist on the typical lyric video. Options Taken on Bishop, Nsiala, Drinan and El Mizouni

Town have taken up the one-year options on Toto Nsiala, Aaron Drinan and Idris El Mizouni’s contracts in addition to Kayden Jackson and Janoi Donacien, while the Blues have confirmed that Teddy Bishop’s appearances have triggered a further season at the club.
All five were set to be out of contract at the end of the season but at meetings with manager Paul Cook today were told the club is exercising the one-year options on their deals.
As reported earlier, it appears Jackson and Donacien are being kept in order to secure a transfer fee.
Sears, Wilson, Huws and Nydam Released

Town have confirmed the departures of out-of-contract quartet Freddie Sears, James Wilson, Emyr Huws and Tristan Nydam.
Sears, 31, had been expected to go having been in and out of the side this season. The striker had been with the Blues since January 2015 when he was part of the side which reached the Championship play-offs.
The former West Ham trainee made 151 starts and 66 sub appearances for the Blues, scoring 34 times.
Centre-half Wilson, 32, named Player of the Year at the weekend, joined the club in the summer of 2019 following a successful trial having left Lincoln City.
