The dinner comes after Joan recently celebrated finishing her days in quarantine after returning to London from New York.
Taking to Instagram, the actress told her followers on Sunday: Finally out of quarantine so celebrating with my brother.
A double celebration, Joan added: Congratulations to my wonderful brother on his birthday xxx .
In the sweet video, the star could be seen hugging her brother Bill as he blew out the candles on his cake for his 75th birthday.

Dame Joan Collins has finally found a buyer for her swanky Midtown pied-à-terre at the Dorchester.
The glam 87-year-old Brit actress/author and ’80s icon who earned household name status stateside as Alexis Carrington Colby on Dynasty was last asking $2 million for the eighth-floor unit at 110 E. 57th St. at Park Avenue.
The property smack dab on Billionaires Row was on the market for a mere 52 days this time around, according to StreetEasy.
But it first went on the market for $2.89 million in 2011. (Collins bought it in 2002 but it is not clear for how much.)
The three-bedroom, three bathroom co-op is 1,900 square feet.
