MADISON, Wis. Fourth of July fireworks are returning to Madison this year after a pandemic-induced hiatus.
While in years past fireworks have been launched over Lake Monona, this year’s celebration will be hosted at Breese Stevens Field on July 3. Fireworks will also be launched from a neighboring rooftop.
The event, Festival Foods Lights The Isthmus, will also feature local bands, food and drinks. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and music will start at 6 p.m. Tickets for admission are $10, and children under 12 will get in free with a paying adult.
“We are looking forward to partnering with Big Top Events again this year to provide our Madison community with an extravagant Festival Foods Fireworks show,” said Nina Winistorfer, Festival Foods Community Involvement Specialist.
