Big Horn Mountain Radio and Legend Communication are pleased to announce that area contributions to the St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital exceeded 150K in last week’s annual two-day radiothon.
This is by far the largest amount raised by Legend Communications which owns three networks, Big Horn Mountain Radio in Buffalo and Sheridan, Big Horn Radio in Cody and Worland, and Basin Radio in Gillette.
The local network, Big Horn Mountain Radio Network also garnered its largest number of Partners in Hope with 135 local contributors.
The theme of this year’s radiothon was “We Won’t Stop” in the fight to cure cancer in children.
Changes to the Wyoming Game & Fish Department’s website have been announced.
Beginning in early February, anyone logging on to apply for or purchase a license will be required to set up a unique user name password.

SF64 is set to cut 10% of the direct distribution funds that support county and municipal government operations.
The reduction comes as no surprise and was expected prior to the convening of the current Wyoming State Legislature’s General Session.
In fact, State Senator Dave Kinskey serves on the Joint Appropriations Committee commented on the possible reduction in January and that the cut could possibly have been even greater…
