Baxters launches vegetarian soup pots into Spar stores Print

Soup brand Baxters is set to add four vegetarian flavours to its Super-licious Soup Pots range, in a response to “increased consumer demand for vegetarian and vegan friendly, convenient products”.
The vegetarian range consist of Thai Vegetable Broth, Carrot and Coriander, Sweet Potato and Miso, and Peri Peri Lentil and will initially be available in Spar stores in 350ml microwavable pots.
The brand said the soups provide a nutritional and convenient lunchtime option that will “give customers a perfectly flavoursome and filling lunchtime option – especially those working from home”.
