An atrocious piece of driving - banned Bradford driver jailed after high-speed chase A MAN who led the police on a high-speed chase while driving while disqualified for the ninth time has been jailed for 14 months. Basit Khan was pursued through Castleford and back towards Bradford on the M62 in a blue BMW 320 he was not licensed or insured to drive. Khan, 24, of Pemberton Drive, Bradford, ignored police orders to stop when he was spotted in Castleford at 9.15am on April 27 last year. Prosecutor Jade Edwards told how he sped off down Redhill Drive and Ferrybridge Road and went the wrong way down a dual carriageway.
