Are dangerous creatures lurking outside your tent flap or in the woods beyond your backyard if you live in Pennsylvania? Although the chances of being attacked by an animal are slim (and even slimmer that you could die from such an attack), there are indeed animals capable of wreaking havoc on humans. We run through the list from mammals to reptiles to insects as the camping season gets underway.

Up to $10,000 will be on the table March 23 when six teams of entrepreneurs make their final presentation to judges in a business pitch contest sponsored by Ben Franklin Technology Partners.
For 10 weeks, the teams have been participating via video conference in an intensive Business Startup Boot Camp, the TechCelerator@NWPA.
The program, held in partnership with Gannon University s Small Business Development Center, the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority, and Knowledge Park at Penn State Behrend, targeted emerging technology entrepreneurs from northwestern Pennsylvania.
The pitch event on March 3 will be held via video conference.
