But, the health system opened its latest outpatient center in its backyard. Penn State Health Cocoa Outpatient Center opened the 20,000-square-foot outpatient center at the Cocoaplex Center at 1150 Cocoa Ave. in Derry Township. Two internal medicine practices that were operating on the east and west side of the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center campus, as well as adult endocrinology and nephrology, which were located at the University Physician Center, have moved to the new center.
