National campaign for safety of life at fuel stations begins

The campaign is part of the Committee’s qualitative initiatives to raise awareness of fuel stations users in UAE of the safety and security indicators and the correct methods and conduct to be followed at service stations, especially during the process of filling vehicles with fuel to protect their safety, and the safety of the service provide

Sherif Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Energy and Petroleum Affairs, confirmed that the UAE was able, during a record period, to expand in the field of clean energy thanks to legislation and laws to encourage investments, which kept pace with current developments and future challenges, and set ambitious goals for the future, by introducing the National Energy Strategy 2050, which seeks Through it, it will reduce energy demand by 40% and increase the contribution of clean energy in the total energy mix produced in the country to 50%, in addition to working closely with the private sector to share the rewards associated with clean energy, which represents a major supporter of national economies and the sustainability of the green economy.
The UAE is making progress in implementing its hydrogen-related plans, as well as in its collaborations with international partners to achieve a balanced energy mix, in line with its environmental preservation commitments.
Dubai crude August OSP set at August DME Oman futures minus 20 cents/b
The official selling price for Dubai crude loading in August has been set at a discount of 20 cents/b to the average settlement of August Oman crude futures on the Dubai Mercantile Exchange in June 2021, Dubai’s Department of Petroleum Affairs said May 24 in an email notification.
The July Dubai crude OSP differential was set last month at a discount of 30 cents/b to the July DME Oman crude futures settlement in May.
