NORWALK, CT A city resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Tuesday, Ridelle Forrester won $20,000 playing a 10X Cash 14th Edition game. The winning ticket was purchased from Petroleum Express LLC in Norwalk.
