New Delhi: O.P Jindal Global University (JGU) announced three online university masters’ degree programmes on the Coursera platform at the annual Coursera Conference on 19th April. The new programmes include Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics, Master of Arts in International Relations, Security and Strategy, and Master of Arts in Public Policy.
Within 11 years of establishment, JGU has been ranked in the top 651-700 universities in the world and has become India’s number 1 ranked Private University. JGU is also India’s top-ranking university with a focus solely on Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities as per the influential QS World University Rankings 2021. Last year, JGU was conferred the status of an “Institution of Eminence” by the Government of India. In these rankings, JGU vastly improved its position to become the only Institution of Eminence (IoE) in India to show a significant climb out of the 18 IoE’s that have been selected.

When was the Coursera IPO?
Coursera’s IPO took place on March 31 2021, listing the company shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘COUR’.
Coursera sold around 14.7 million shares of its common stock, with current shareholders offering 1.1 million shares. Lead underwriters for the offering were Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, while Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank acted as additional bookrunners.

Humana and the University of Houston have announced the launch of a Value-based Care Specialization online program to support providers, academia and other business and industry professionals – as well as the public – in learning about the fundamentals and real-world application of value-based care.
Surveys show that there is a varied understanding of the definition of value-based care within the healthcare industry. Through the Humana Integrated Health System Sciences Institute, Humana and the University of Houston have created this specialization to help bridge the VBC knowledge gap. The program is available to learners around the world through Coursera, a global online learning platform.
