Kolger also sentenced Johnson 29 days for contempt of court, and applied 29 days of credit to that sentence. He also credited Johnson with 215 days served and 72 good-time days toward one of the three-year sentences.
If Johnson receives the maximum good time, she would serve 4½ years of the six years she received.
The SWAT team and Wayne County Drug Task Force officers raided Johnson s house in the 800 block of South Sixth Street on April 17, 2019. A search warrant had been issued after a confidential informant purchased drugs from Johnson three times.
A handcuffed Johnson sat on a chair in her front yard cursing and yelling at officers as neighbors came up and thanked officers for closing the drug house. At the time, Johnson s residence was called a one-stop shop for a variety of drugs, including methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl.
