PETAWAWA – The Petawawa municipal offices are closed to the public effective immediately.
This is in response to the provincial government’s emergency declaration and stay-at-home order which requires the public to remain at home and reduce the number and frequency of external contacts outside their immediate household, to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Obtaining essential supplies such as groceries or pharmacy items, accessing health-care services, exercising or attending work which cannot be accomplished remotely, are exceptions to this order. The order is for a period of four weeks, ending in early May.
