KUALA LUMPUR, April 20 The tendency to overeat is not easy to overcome especially with an empty stomach.
And with the abundance of choices of food from sweet and tasty kuih to crispy oily snacks which are cheap and can easily be found at any local Ramadan bazaar, overeating tends to slip into the equation easily.
The Beacon Hospital issued an apology and launched an independent investigation after it was revealed it gave vaccines to teachers at a private school, with the Irish Daily Mail reporting the children of the CEO of Beacon Hospital attend the fee-paying school.
It was also revealed that a loophole in the IT system for registering for vaccines meant that some non-patient facing HSE staff received vaccines out of sequence.
The HSE has said those who received their vaccines out of sequence will be given their second dose of vaccine.
It said it is ethically obliged to complete the vaccination and that this is in line with the manufacturers instructions.
