EAGLE, Idaho An Eagle woman investigators say fired multiple gunshots during a domestic argument Thursday morning is in custody.
Jody Lynn Zahm, 60, is charged with a felony count of eluding a police officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
Eagle Police responded to a home in a neighborhood off Eagle Road and East Mission Drive near downtown at 1 a.m. after receiving a report of gunfire.
As officers got to the house, they saw a red pickup truck pull out of the driveway and speed away. An officer followed the pickup and attempted to pull it over, but the driver - later identified as Zahm - did not stop.

Feb. 5 An Emmett man who pleaded guilty to shooting an Eagle police officer last year was sentenced to a decades-long prison term Friday.
Matthew Stillhallis Kelly, 21, was sentenced to up to 54 years in prison, with eligibility for parole after 35 years. In November, Kelly pleaded guilty to felonies for assault or battery on certain personnel with an aggravated enhancement and grand theft by receiving or possessing stolen property.
Kelly was the subject of a multihour manhunt last July 13 after Eagle police officer Brandon Austin was shot. Austin tried to pull over Kelly after the Emmett man was seen driving a yellow motorcycle that was believed to be stolen from a Canyon County home.
County Sheriff A domestic dispute was reported at a Shontz Drive home at 9:17 p.m. Thursday, where a woman reported her daughter was being abusive toward a 2-year-old child. Deputies did not find anyone at the home. K-9 Hunter and Deputy Damin Beadnell responded to a Georgetown Road home to assist the drug task force with a search warrant at 10:46 p.m. Thursday. They waited at the back of the home until the drug task force cleared the house. A man reported at 10:51 p.m. Thursday his girlfriend struck a deer on Taylor Road and he took it back to the house. He asked deputies for a deer slip for it, but before deputies arrived at the house, he called back to say the deer was still alive, jumped out of his truck and was flopping around in the driveway. Deputies told the man to put the deer down himself and checked the deer and vehicle damage when they arrived. The man was told to contact law enforcement before removing a struck deer from the road in the future.
