Old meets new as Nintendo delivers two distinct takes on 3D Mario.
Super Mario 3D World is one of the last Wii U exclusives to see a revival on Switch. But unlike most of the Wii U’s greatest hits, it arrives with significant new content in the form of
Bowser’s Fury. While we are hesitant to recommend Wii U owners double dip on most Switch reruns for a comparable experience, at full price, this one is different. The double package is worth the price of admission for
Bowser’s Fury so long as you have some interest in replaying

What is Super Mario 3D World + Bowser s Fury
Super Mario 3D World is a platformer that originally launched for the Nintendo Wii U back in November 2013.
However, Nintendo is about to release an enhanced port of the game for the Nintendo Switch.
Super Mario 3D World: Review embargo lift date and amiibo support explained
The review embargo for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is set to lift shortly, with fans wondering both about the game itself about about its promised Amiibo support.
Super Mario 3D World originally released on the Nintendo Wii U in 2013, but the new Switch port comes with several key new features, such as online multiplayer, Amiibo support, and a whole new chapter entitled Bowser’s Fury.
The Wii U version of the game was met with generally favourable reviews when it initially debuted, but those who’ve played 3D World already are eager to know if the new port is worth double dipping.
Target is going to offer people something extra if they buy Nintendo’s next game at the store. It’s even practical. Target revealed a
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury bonus on Twitter. Basically, if you buy the game, you also get a water bottle.
This isn’t a pre-order bonus. All you have to do is pick up the game at launch at a Target store. When you do, you’ll get a water bottle that has Cat Mario, Cat Peach, and Cat Toad on it. It also looks like Cat Luigi might appear, but the arrangement of the design in the add only clearly shows Cat Mario and Cat Peach and hints at Cat Toad.
The Cat Mario Show Is Back, Showing Off Bowser s Fury (And BIG Cat Mario)
In a new video posted on the Nintendo Japan YouTube channel, Neko Mario and Neko Peach are back as the hosts of the much-loved Cat Mario Show, or Nyan Nyan! Neko Mario Time , as it s known in Japan.
In the video, the feline forms of Mario and Peach discuss their new amiibo, and what they add to Super Mario 3D World + Bowser s Fury. You can watch footage of the new White Cat Mario in action, too, plus Mario s ability to turn into a golden lucky cat.
