Police have released the identities of the two men who killed in a helicopter crash in Durban this week.

The chopper crashed into the Umgeni River near the N2 on Monday morning.
The victims had to be extricated from the wreckage, which was found submerged in the water.
The two victims are 24-year-old Derek Fitzgerald, who was the pilot, and Richard Morgan, who was a student pilot.
Both men are from Durban.
Their families, friends and colleagues have been paying tribute to them.
Northwood School in Durban North says in a Facebook post that it s devastated by Fitzgerald s passing. He completed matric there in 2014.

Bouncers allegedly assault a customer at Keyes Night Club

DURBAN - A customer was allegedly assaulted by three security guards at Keyes Night Club on Florida Road on Saturday night.
Lyle Coughlan told the Daily News the events took place just after 10pm when he was leaving the nightclub with his girlfriend, his sister and his sister’s boyfriend.
The group had been attending a Candy Crush event at the club to celebrate a friend’s birthday.
“I was walking out of the club when one of the bouncers pushed me out of the way. I asked him why he did that and he said I had a big mouth and started dragging me outside to the back and started beating me up.”
