A Clinton man was arrested in Elk City recently after allegedly threatening a woman with a knife and holding her against her will.
According to a probable cause affidavit, 33-year-old Cory Lee Meade was arrested just after midnight on June 22 near the intersection of State Highway 6 and Meadow Ridge Drive after Elk City Police were dispatched to the area when a report came in saying a male subject had a shotgun pointed at an individual, and that one male subject had thrown a female subject to the ground.
When police arrived, they found four subjects – including Meade – standing in the north bound lane of S.H. 6, and another subject in a nearby pickup.

TPD searching for missing 21-year-old

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) â The Tallahassee Police Department is searching for a missing 21-year-old, Kayla M. Thrash.
Thrash was last seen on April 2, near the 200 block of Meadow Ridge Drive, police say.
It is not known what Thrash was last seen wearing, but she is 5 6 tall and 110 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
