The 2021 Bowl Schedule: Pac-12 Has at Least 7 Postseason Berths

At least seven bowls will be available to Pac-12 teams in the 2021 college football season, although the bowl game scheduled for the San Francisco Bay Area does not have a site or a date yet and is in limbo.
The schedule for all 44 bowls to be played following the 2021 season was released this week.
The Pac-12 will get at least one berth in the six selection-committee bowls, probably the Rose Bowl, and could get a second berth in one of the other five elite bowls the two College Football Playoff semifinal games (Cotton and Orange bowls), plus the Peach, Fiesta and Sugar bowls. That would give the Pac-12 an eighth bowl berth.

EL PASO, Texas The 2021 Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl is set for Friday, Dec. 31 at 10:30 a.m. The 87th Sun Bowl returns after it was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
Executive Director Bernie Olivas and CBS administrators said they decided to move the kick-time up from the original 12 p.m. (MT) kickoff due to the College Football Playoff Semifinal games being played on the same date.
“The earlier stating time of the 2021 Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl will benefit both our local audience and our national TV viewers. Locally, our fans will be able to attend one of El Paso’s premier events, and still be able to get home to watch the semifinals of the College Football Playoff,” Olivas said. “Nationally, the CBS broadcast of the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl will allow viewers an opportunity to see both our 87-year-old tradition before tuning into the C
ACC Announces Kickoff Times for First Three Weeks
Included below is a release from the ACC formally announcing kickoff times for the first three weeks of the 2021 football season. In addition to Clemson’s previously announced 7:30 p.m. game against Georgia on ABC on Sept. 4, Clemson will host South Carolina State at 5 p.m. on Sept. 11 on ACC Network and welcome Georgia Tech at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 18 on either ABC or ESPN.
In addition, the ACC confirmed that Clemson’s road game at Syracuse on Friday, Oct. 15 will kick off at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
