Out of shape and saddled with post-partum depression following the birth of her first child, Erin Hardy needed a way to feel normal again really, better than normal.
She tried running and bicycling before she landed on yoga. Hardy realized so many benefits from yoga she became filled with the desire to share her knowledge with others, opening Magnolia Rose Yoga on May 1 on at 60 S. Talbert Blvd.
It s fitting, she said that she has placed her studio where she wants to transform the physical and mental wellness of her students in a building that has transformed its purpose many times. Genesis offering vaccinations for those 12 and older
ZANESVILLE - Genesis HealthCare System is offering free COVID-19 vaccinations for those ages 12 and older. Appointments are available the week of May 17.
