She tried running and bicycling before she landed on yoga. Hardy realized so many benefits from yoga she became filled with the desire to share her knowledge with others, opening Magnolia Rose Yoga on May 1 on at 60 S. Talbert Blvd.
It s fitting, she said that she has placed her studio where she wants to transform the physical and mental wellness of her students in a building that has transformed its purpose many times. The yoga studio has been a produce market, consignment store, antique store and furniture store to name a few.

The 29-year-old is the picture of elegance sitting in a side office at the Hanesbrand Theatre and the headquarters of the Arts Council for Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, where she was just named the Chief Advancement Officer for the arts nonprofit.
