Optimus, a company formed in 2020, controlled by KORR Acquisitions Group, Inc. ( KORR ), recently acquired control of Clinical Research Alliance, Inc. ( CRA ). Optimus was a portfolio company of KORR and as of the closing, KORR is now the controlling shareholder of Between Dandelions Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd. (GIS), a London, UK-based financial services firm, for clearing and settling billions of dollars of U.S. securities transactions without registering as a broker-dealer in violation of the federal securities laws. The SEC also charged John William Gunn, its founder and principal, with aiding and abetting those violations.

Joseph Taub, of Clifton, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez in Newark federal court to counts four and five of a superseding indictment charging him with securities fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States.
