MASSENA A Massena man was found guilty Monday of secretly recording a teenager in her bedroom in October of 2019, according to St. Lawrence County District Attorney Gary M. Pasqua.
John Lamb, 47, was found guilty of second-degree unlawful surveillance by a St. Lawrence County jury with Hon. Gregory P. Storie presiding over the trial.
The defendant was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail following the verdict.
Evidence at the trial established that on October 24, 2019, Lamb positioned a Sony camcorder outside the home of a 13-year old girl in order to secretly record her in her bedroom.
Tompkins County man accused of having child porn on work computer, feds say

Ithaca, N.Y. A Tompkins County man was arrested Wednesday after being accused of possessing child pornography on his desktop computer at his former place of employment, according to federal prosecutors.
Randolph Bullock, 64, of Dryden, could face up to 10 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines if found guilty, prosecutors said.
Bullock was held Wednesday following an initial appearance ticket, prosecutors said. A detention hearing is scheduled for May 3, prosecutors said.
The charge on Bullock’s complaint is an accusation and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, prosecutors said.

A 53-year-old area man is behind bars following a yearlong investigation into a series of rape that persisted over nearly a decade, state police said.
Investigators in the Hudson Valley announced the arrest of Ulster County resident Daniel Wolven, of Kingston, on Tuesday, April 27, following a lengthy investigation into alleged rapes involving a minor.
Police said that it is alleged that Wolven had sexual intercourse in multiple locations over the course of seven years with a child who was under the age of 17.
The arrest by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation came based on a grand jury indictment signed by Ulster County Court Judge Brian Rounds.
