THEN WE ARE TALKING CHILLY CONDITIONS. A WARMER SATURDAY ON THE WAY. WE CAN’T SEEM TO GET AWAY FROM THE RAIN CHANCES. THIS IS THE SECOND WETTEST YEAR ON RECORD. WE DON’T REALLY NEED A WHOLE LOT MORE. IF PEOPLE ARE GOING OUT TONIGHT, IT’S REALLY, REALLY NICE. MARGARET: IT IS, AND IT WON’T BE THAT COLD, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE FULL COLD MOON. HERE IS A LOOK AT WHAT’S HAPPENING. HIGH-PRESSURE MOVING OFF TO THE EASE, PICKING UP THAT ONSHORE FLOW OVER IN TEXAS, AN HOUR WINDS ARE BECOMING MORE EAST, SOUTH EAST, SOUTHEAST, THAT MEANS THE HUMIDITY I INCREASING, WE HAVE A COUPLE OF AREAS OF LOW PRESSURE MOVING OFF TO THE NORTHEAST, AND THIS IS WHERE WE HAVE THOSE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES AND WINTER STORM WARNINGS.
