ALG Vacations has partnered with villa-rental group Villas of Distinction to launch its new Villas by ALG Vacations private rentals program.
Under the Villas by ALG Vacations platform, over 2,500 Villas of Distinction rentals will be available for travel advisors to book across all ALG Vacations B2B brands. Bookings are fully commissionable at 10%.
For bookings made through May 5, ALG Vacations is also offering a 1% bonus commission.
The program s rentals are available across more than 50 destinations globally, including Orlando, New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Mexico, the Caribbean, Bali, South Africa, France, Italy, Spain. Beach homes, luxury apartments, castles, jungle estates and ski and mountain lodges are among the accommodations options.

Travel Weekly presents the winners of its 18th annual Readers Choice Awards. The awards represent what Travel Weekly s audience of travel advisors considers the best of the best in 79 categories of travel.
Although travel has been curtailed by the pandemic for much of 2020, winners operated for part of the year (and some continued operations throughout), as well as the months in 2019 that occurred after votes were cast for last year s awards.

MPG Travel Solutions is expanding its business-optimization practice to help facilitate partnerships between agents and agencies that have struggled during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The travel industry consulting firm plans to use its network of clients to match agents with like-minded agencies to help both survive the current crisis. We want to help those people and organizations who are under significant operational pressure find a path to survive, said Terry Morrison, one of the founders of MPG. We will match those agents and agencies with others that share their goals and values, and that by doing so, [we are hopeful] they can make it through until the time that leisure travel rebounds.
