Top comedians are to perform in a special online Comedy and Carols event for the Diocese of St Asaph this Christmas. The evening of fun, laughter and carol singing on Tuesday December 22 will feature Daliso Chaponda who won the Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent and performed at the Royal Variety Show last weekend watched by over 150 million people worldwide. He will be joined by Barbara Nice, the overenthusiastic housewife alter-ego of Birmingham-based performer Janice Connolly, who previously appeared in Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights, and is well known on the circuit for her lively, upbeat presence. The evening is hosted by Tony Vino who has been touring the comedy scene since 2005.
