It s not often that one person has a hand in shaping one of the biggest franchises in the world over the course of decades, but that s exactly what Peter Lamont did. The Oscar-winning production designer joined the James Bond franchise with
Goldfinger and worked on every single film, with the exception of
Tomorrow Never Dies, up until
Casino Royale. Franchise producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli announced on Twitter that Peter Lamont has sadly passed away at the age of 91.
