An award-winning Cornish developer has started work on 125 new homes in the west Cornwall coastal town of Hayle. The two, three, and four-bedroomed houses are part of the new Copper Hills development being built by award-winning Cornish developer, Gilbert & Goode. The first two phases of the scheme will be a mix of 89 open market properties, and 36 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. Pete Sadler, managing director of Gilbert & Goode, said: It’s great to have started work on my first large development since joining the company last year, and Hayle is an exciting place to begin. With so much regeneration taking place throughout the town, it’s a fantastic area to be investing in right now.
