Happy Friyay Sunshine Coast,
Itâs a humid day today with 29C being the highest temperature forecast for the Coast and a 70 per cent chance of showers during the morning and afternoon. There is also a chance of a thunderstorms during the afternoon. Light winds becoming north-easterly 15 to 20 km/h in the morning then becoming light in the evening.
Temperatures are expected to stay much the same over the weekend with a lower chance of rain.
The east swell is holding good sizes across the exposed beaches but waves are expected to deteriorate as the winds turn north-easterly. Semi-sheltered northern corners and south-tilting coasts will offer up the cleanest conditions all day.
