Cherry Creek corner development plans shift from office to residential

Another developer is nixing a planned office project in favor of a residential building this time in Cherry Creek.
A concept plan submitted to the city in late April calls for a five-story, 22-unit project for 3250 E. 2nd Ave., the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue and Adams Street.
The 0.29-acre site is owned by DZMK 2nd and Adams LLC, an entity affiliated with Blair Richardson, the CEO of Denver-based Bow River Capital. It paid $6.8 million for the site currently home to a two-story office building and small residential building in July 2019.
