N.J. comes through with more vaccine for Warren County, St. Luke’s says Updated Feb 10, 2021; A week after pleading with New Jersey for more COVID-19 vaccine to serve Warren County, St. Luke’s University Health Network says the state has come through. “Yesterday, we did receive a supply of initial doses after having received none during the prior two weeks,” St. Luke’s Warren Campus President Scott R. Wolfe said in a statement Wednesday. “Our St. Luke’s Warren Campus Team is very thankful for that much needed supply and we are hopeful that this kind of support will continue,” he continued. “We greatly appreciate the Governor’s prompt consideration of our request and the State’s willingness to resupply our vaccination clinic.”

St. Luke’s Warren Campus President Scott Wolfe in a letter Tuesday to Gov. Phil Murphy said supplies have forced the Phillipsburg hospital to curtail clinic hours. Once the second round of booster shots are administered, without additional vaccine, the clinic may need to close, Wolfe warned.
