OmniDTS LLC, a reseller and implementation partner for PROCAD’s PRO.FILE software, has acquired the assets of Procad USA Inc. The acquisition is effective December 15, 2020. OmniDTS will take over all Procad USA’s customer accounts, maintenance, and services.
