Antonio Murdock, 31, was arraigned in Queens County court Tuesday  He was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree and criminal trespass in the third degree  His companion Brianna Greco, 23, was charged with criminal trespass  They were pictured leaving court arm in arm after his arraignment hours after he was led in handcuffed by Port Authority police officers   Murdock and Greco, both from Florida, were arrested after he opened a cabin door and activated the slide on Delta Flight 462 to Atlanta Monday morning The incident took place on tarmac at La Guardia Airport in New York

Two passengers aboard a Delta flight on Monday forced opened the cabin door and exited the plane via an emergency slide at New York s LaGuardia Airport, officials said. The passengers  an unidentified man, and woman were on Flight 462, which was bound for Atlanta when they exited the plane as it was taxiing, a Delta spokesperson said, according to reports.  They are also believed to have taken a service dog with them down the slide. Delta Airlines didn t immediately respond to Fox News late-night request for comment.

The man and woman never did settle in, and as Flight 462 began to taxi out to a runway, the man stood up, ignoring a flight attendant’s order to sit, saying that he had post-traumatic stress disorder, Plummer said. A short time later, Plummer said, he felt the plane shudder to a stop. It was not immediately clear to him why, but the flight crew eventually told the passengers what had happened.
