STAFFORD COUNTY, VA A man charged with peeping into the women s locker room at OneLife Fitness in Stafford now faces 19 charges, according to authorities.
Brian Joe, 41, of Woodbridge was arrested in January after witnesses said he fell through the ceiling into the women s locker room at the gym Jan. 30 and landed on a woman below. Initially, officials said Joe was charged with burglary and three counts of peeping into a building.

On Saturday afternoon, the police in Stafford, Virginia got a call from a gym after there was an incident in the women s locker room.
A dude had just CRASHED through the ceiling.
It was a 41-year-old guy named Brian Joe who s a member of the gym. And apparently, he d gotten up into the ceiling and was using that as a way to spy on women in the locker room.
He landed on a woman when he fell though the ceiling, but fortunately she didn t need medical attention.
Brian was arrested for burglary, peeping, and vandalism.

The cops found the cousin, 34-year-old Frederick Rooks, shot to death in a Georgia street on January 21st, along with eight bullet casings on the scene.
There s no motive for the shooting, but supposedly the police have surveillance footage linking Silento to the scene.
Silento had other run-ins with the authorities last year. In October, he was caught driving 143 miles per hour . . . and in September, he was arrested and charged with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Some of those gym clients apparently cornered him before police responded.
Neither Joe nor the woman was injured, though he fell about ten feet. The man has been charged with burglary, vandalism, and three counts of peeping or spying into a building.
