3 Charged With Murder, Desecration Of Body After Man Found Dead In NW OKC Apartment

By: Anjelicia Bruton OKLAHOMA CITY - Three men are facing several charges from murder, burglary and desecrating a human corpse after a man was found dead last month. Jacob Montes, Jordy Olvera and Brayden Davis are all facing charges in connection with the death of 22-year-old Janouski Wells. Wells was found dead in a northwest Oklahoma City apartment. The affidavit said officers found Wells dead in a bedroom from what appeared to be gunshot wounds and stab wounds. Officers also learned that Wells was receiving threats from Montes and Olvera leading up to his murder. They went into the living room window then into the victim s bedroom as he was asleep. They began to take items from the apartment. when the victim woke up. Montes shot the victim several times, according to the affidavit.

3rd Arrest Made In NW OKC Homicide, Desecration Of A Corpse Case

Brayden Davis, 15, was arrested in connection with the death of a 22-year-old. The victim was shot multiple times, stabbed and had a finger removed. Jacob Montez, 20, and Jordi Olvera, 21, were arrested a short time later. Anyone with information is asked to call the homicide tip line at 405-297-1200.

Lincolnton City Council consider a new manufacturing company and a tattoo studio

What is now a dilapidated former mill building is well on its way to becoming a state-of-the-art community focused manufacturing facility. At their last meeting, Lincolnton City Council heard a presentation on rezoning and potential economic development incentive package for property located at 215 Bonview Avenue, formerly the Willowbrook Mill.  The presentation was made by Robert Brown, an attorney with the Jonas Law Firm in Denver and Kara Brown of the Lincoln Economic Development Association on behalf of Deanna Hodges, the principal owner of Sparty Holdings, LLC, the anticipated owner of the property in Lincolnton, and Hodges International, a woman-owned small business that manufactures package uniforms, T-shirts, PPE, as well as blankets, pillows and sheets for large corporations, airlines, military, government, federal, state, county/city/townships and detention centers.
